	hey guys i just got a Zune mp3 player and im having trouble get the softwear to install i have already but on the zune website trying to figure out but they are not much help and i just thought i would ask you guys maybe one of you have one and have some of these problembs as i have _________________

	i have done that and everytime i try to install i keep getting errors from the installer sometimes saying the same thing sometimes not why does it have to be so difficult why cant it be an easy install ..... _________________

	im using xp home but it doesn't matter i just said screw it and traded it in for an ipod _________________
